Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to respect our rights as well. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their agent can submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are granted immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA from infringement claims. To submit an infringement claim to us, certain information needs to be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Information to locate the infringing material, including the URL;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes civil penalties against those who misrepresent information in an infringement notification.

All takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick attention.

It should be noted that we may share the identity of the complainant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. Your notification should include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Details of the material taken down and its original location;
  3. A statement that the takedown was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding copyright infringement and identify repeat infringers as per DMCA requirements. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.

We reserve the right to modify our DMCA policy at any time. It is advised to check back regularly for any updates.
